Thank you for your replies :D you provided me much needed opinions and knowledge, So the answer is i get to apply for USC after 4 years. So when the Date written on the card says Aug of 2005 then i got it on Aug of 2006. I get to apply for USC on 2010. Got it. thank you. Another question...
