o1 and o3 visa
Hi all, Does anyone know what the procedure is for getting an o3 visa, once my wife recieves her o1 visa confirmation and has to go to the US embassy to get it processed? Can I go along with her and apply for my 03 at the same time or does an immigration lawyer need to handle my 03 case...
