I am a permanent resident of the US and my fiance is in India. Can she come to the US after marriage on a P-3 visa? Does the P-3 visa have dual intent considering she is getting married to a GC holder? Any suggestions?

Hi All, I am looking for H1B processing of my fiancee from India. She has a BA LLB degree and a Masters in Intellectual Property Law. She also has about 2 years of work experience. Is she eligible for H1B? I already have a GC and can't think of any other ways to bring her to the US...
