can I apply two case simultaneously?
I'm F2 status. Last August, I applied change my status from F2 to F1, and it's still pending now. My husband got a job offer, and he applied H1 last month. Could I apply H4 right now? Is BCIS permit to have two case pending? Thanks a lot!- iamalien
