I've got my I-140 (with LC Subs) approved at 11/17/03. It was filed at 12/26/02. So it took almost 11 months.
So the only one thing I may say (and my lawyer had told me all the time) - be patient
Is it safe to call National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283?
How often may somebody use it without chance to affect the process of his/her case?
Does somebody know the "terrible" stories related to that phone?
Does somebody know why the 158-60 days may be changed to 270-300 days for I-140 with LC substitution for "skilled worker or professional".
My I-140 was filed at the end of December 2002. At the August BCIS got responce on their request and put information about that onto on-line status. But...
