Hello, I got approved my visa 9 months ago ,I am working in India as my Employer has not yet accepted my resignation,now that I came to hear that my employer ABC,TX has been black listed,will it be any problem to me if I come to US now ,or is it ok if I can get transfer my h1 in India itself...- azadhind75
