    Retaining PD from I140

    I do not have the receipt notice, I only have the receipt number for my 140. My employer refuses to gove me a copy of the recipt notice. Later if I am planning to use this 140 approval for retaining PD, can I do that with just the recipt number? Or do I need a recipt notice to do this?
