hello sir, My name is srinu rao and i went to USA on f1 for fall 2001 but i had to come back in 10 days without enrolling in MS as my father expired. But I want to go there for fall 2002 on the same visa(but new I 20)...one of my friend said that reinstation will not be granted ...so plz help...
