H1B1 to E2 + Change of Status
My H1B1 expires on 12/20/05 and this will be my 6 years up. I am going for an E2 at present but have yet to file. If I do a Change of Status, will this allow me to remain in the US? I understand it can take up to 16 weeks to process the E2 and I don't want to have to leave here in the...- AKF71
