Opt(ead) Delay
I filed my EAD application at the beginning of March. California center (SF) received it on March 12th. USCIS website says my case is still processing. It is taking way too long. OPT - Re-entry to US -
I am currently a full-time worker on OPT. My OPT expires this coming May. I would like to go back to my country for vacation during X'mas break. Lots of people says leaving the US on OPT status is risky. Is that really true? I think if I am not employed, that is true. But I have a full-time job...- nvnvnv
