Transfer in principle is a good thing, if they at USCIS are smart enough to transfer only if the local office is not jammed alreagy.

I don't know if we should be excited about 2 or 9 approvals. There tens of thousand new application going to CIS monthly. The total backlog is 1.2 million. Even just base on rupnet data, the approval rate is still way toooooo slow.

Interesting, my last update date has changed three times after RFE received, but not the online message (just chabged once to response received on xxx). What is the second or thrid message update? Never heard of it. Please explain.

It should be stated in the letter. I was asked for employment verification letter. Some was asked for pay stub, and even tax returns. So it varies.

I said that becuase your case is ready for adj. In most case, FP is return to CIS the same day. Depending on how long it take for CIS to "receive" them, you may see some variation.

Usually the online message mention nothing name check. But you can call or fax FBI about name check just like FP.

Most people got RFE these days. Some even before second FP.

Did you file an inquiry? You are behind the official date.

I am predicting your approval in a couple of weeks. You should be happy. Many of us haven't got second FP notice yet.
