Try use a different option (like general question, meeting officer) other than the specific one for stamping. As long as you have an appointment you are fine.

Is the card processing also center by center? if yes, is other center faster? I don't see why printing a card is so hard. My employer make an id card for me in about 3 minutes.

You don't have to wait for them to ask you. I think it's fine you send in photocopies on your own, and they'll just put it in your file folder. But it's important to find out what's missing. I agree you should contact Rajiv. Don't just wait.

GRCA, I just got the faxed copies for me and wife, the notice date is actually 10/25, even though my LUD is 10/26 (the message is still old crap about received my FP2). So yours is in the mail (or mailbox).
