I am curious, how would it be possible to 'skip' an interview? And you are suggesting I pay the $440 *before* I send the docs to KCC? It seems that most other people (including KCC) suggest otherwise? (ie: after)
Do you have a necessity to enter the US before October? It would theoretically be faster for you to do Consular Processing (CP) in your home country and just enter the US. Otherwise, I can see why entering with a non-immigrant visa, to upgrade may look suspicious.. and they *do* know you've won...
I guess, for the OP there is a huge risk. In leaving the UK, they're acknowledging the fact they probably won't get back in (overstay).. so they'd literally need to move their lives to the home nation, in order to hopefully get a visa. Huge risk.. but probably worth it.
Hey all
I'm a little confused by how the order from here on goes. This is my guess; please correct or advise? :-) Thanks!
- Forms for AOS sent to KCC [done.. should I email them to confirm my docs are OK?]
- I will receive some kind of 'confirmation' NL or e-NL [not yet..]
- Pay the...
I find it rather hilarious you're all demanding a 'recall'; despite no solid evidence. Even that site shows samples of just a few hundred people (note: who are all using forums.. and are probably twice as likely to apply on Oct 5/6 anyway, with it being on their minds). Such a sample...
In Excess, I have reported you to site moderators. I have had enough of your provoking attitude across multiple threads. I encourage other readers to do the same so that these complaints can be heard. The lack of moderation on this forum is already ridiculous.
You have been provoking and...
You're right, something does appear to be up. But we must wait patiently until we hear from the right government department, or the website goes back live. We won't speculate or spread fear until then.
The petitioner is yourself. Chargeability is the country you claimed/entered the DV under (usually your country of birth, but not always); and must be a valid US DV eligible country.
I'm sorry, but I highly doubt you can get 'two visas each'.. please source that. Assuming you're speaking about Green Cards, under no circumstances can you have two different Green Cards for the same person. In addition a Green Card holder is not advised to enter the United States on a separate...
I'm not so sure I'm won. From your DV entry, if filled out correctly, they could make a fair guess on your spouse + children #s, since it asked for this, no?
And you mentioned (on the other thread) that this downtime was 'planned' back in Sept. Where are you getting this info. from?
No. A B visa is a temporary, non-immigrant visa. In filing I-130 you are displaying 'immigrant intent'. Therefore your B-1 is likely to be revoked on entrance at the POE (in fact it is probably already invalidated) and you could be denied entry; causing problems with your petition *and*...
