    Example of how inconsistence of USCIS: One of my friend got his 485 approval. Used 12/2004 approved labor Applied his 485 in Aug-2007. Got approval in last week. He is from India. So you can imagine how the USCIS works here. Nothing is current here.... he never expected he will...

    there is no gaurantee of approval even though PD moves to Jun 2003. 2007 485 RD filer's may get approved first and old fellows still in bottom of basket.

    ROW = Rest Of the World. USCIS is a big joker organization. You'll get approved only if you have pure luck.

    You are lucky! your 485 is approved. Ummmm...they are processing April 2007 before cases :confused: . There is no answer for USCIS, how they process GCs :(
