anyones laber moved to Regional office in Feb 2004 ??
coz..I verified last few days messages and didnt find any info labers moved from state to regional offices in Feb 2004.
my company 2 labers moved to regional on March 2004 which was filed on July 2001.
as per above info NY DOL processing Aug/ Sept 2001. but how come May/ June 2001 labers not even moved to Regional ??
are they processing in 2 centers or 1 center?? is there any mystory behind this ??
Just wondering , on what bases NY DOL process the labers??
coz..one of my friend filed his laber on June 2001 and his laber not even moved to Regional office. another friend filed his laber on Aug 2001 and his laber was moved to Regional. both are programmer analysts and working in same...
looks like NY regional AVM 212 337 2193 not working ?
one of my friend filed laber on Aug 15th 2001. came to know it was moved to Regional on March 5th 2004.
I spoke to my company lawyer yesterday and she said NY DOL processing Aug 2001. also she mensioned NY DOL dont reject or denny programmer Analysts just like that. its all depends of kind of advertising and profile submission.

I verified other states threads, looks like they didnt change for any state in the dol processing except feb 2004 to mar 2004. but people getting approvels. its really mistory ..........
this is really not good. we all expected more. Zamq called NY DOL and came to know right now they doing AUG 2001. but how come they put June 2001 in the dol site??
zamq, mine also arround Aug 2001. as per our estimations NY regional will take 45 days. till now almost 35 days completed for June 2001. so, June 2001 labers will come out in 10 days. mostly we will know latest news on friday March 12th DOL site on processing updates.
