my quick question. if 485 case online message says finger prints received and case resumed means still we are under name check or out of it ?? official 485 processing date aug 19th. if we call uscis, do they tell us name check cleared or not ?? let us hope more approvels next week.

now a days we didnt see many gc approvels like before ? is there any reason behind that ??

yesterday I called USCIS for change of address and the lady mensioned that 485s are processing on RD/ NDs. not finger print dates. right now they are working on July 2004 papers.

my colligues 2 guys got the 485 approvels recently. during discussions with them, we came to know for birth certificates, they submitted affidavits only not sure maybe whoever submitted the affidavits, they are getting quickly with out LUD changes ?

looks like today is slow. not many approvels. maybe officers are in long weekend dreams? -:)

Jolpot dont worry. you will get it shortly. there is no specific sequences on 485 approvels.

I am not sure. coz.. as per 485 NDs oneday May/June 04 filers are getting approvels and anotherday Nov/Dec 04 filers are getting. it seems like only ONE officer working on these papers, one day he is picking bottom and anotherday top papers -:)
