Visa processing It appears that for non-retrogressed countries I-485 is being approved concurrently at CSC rather than I-140 first and then I-485.

Processsing Report I did a refresh many times. Got a message "Stop Irritating". :) But the report still said Jan 6th.

Hi There was no LUD for EAD/AP. I just got it in the mail. I went for FP last week and there has been no LUD for that either.

Shahramt.... If you read the reciept notice for I-140 it says that LUD would change whenever someone works with the case but it does not imply that there would be a change of status everytime.

Shahramt.... My application for I-140/I-485 was recieved on Sept 28th and the attorney got the receipt notice on 5th oct.

Gurus This article says that the visa numbers per country will drop to less than 10K. Is that per category or all together ? Based on this article visa numbers may not even move for couple of years.
