retrogression NJrirlabor: I don't think you are out of retrogression until april 1st (theoretically). VSC was processing cases till jan 2002. From April 1st they will process cases till july 2002. I had a lud on I-140 (already approved) on march 6th. No luds on 485. SVD

eb2 moved to july 2002 pretty impressive. So what does that mean for guys from feb 2002 to june 2002 ? Are their cases already current ?

I-140 approved I got an email that my I-140 is approved. There were no LUDS. RD was 09/27/05. Approval date is 01/27/06. EB2. Original Labor. PD is march 2002. I received my 7th year extension a week back (applied on 2nd week of october, approved last week.)

Prevailing wage query I got a Prevailing wage query. My company has agreed to the wage and they will send the reply soon. This means that august 27 cases are being looked at (EB3-RIR). That's some +ve news. SVD

status I called 212-337-2184 and talked to a person there. He said that they are processing august but cannot give me any date. My case, which was received by them on Aug 27, has not been seen by analysts yet and they cannot give me any date at which my case will be processed.
