ques for ma friends 1.Can ppl apply for H1B if they are out of status? 2.Can ppl on J1 apply for waiver if out of status? What if they marry a us citizen,(bearing in mind they were out of status) get the Employment authorization card (which puts them back in status and apply for waiver)...- venom

J1 to F1 to H1
came in on J1 ( subject to HRR- but did not apply fo waiver) went home, changed to F1, can I apply for H1, get the approval, then waiver after. reason being by the time I apply for waiver my F1 stats would expire. I heard that there is a loophole to go from F1 to H1 without fulifill HRR...- venom
