My 485 is pending in CSC since June 2004. I have a generlal question 1. Have people always called and asked for verification of their name check with FBI. 2. If Yes , can u please tell how they enquired.

re: hamilton. cant u request the company for 2 weeks more, use leave etc. also if u join a new company use ac21 but also transfer the h1, i mean dont use ead. i am hopeful that u will get gc . urs is a case where company has been acquired and i think u should use ac21 if nothing else works...

I have changed my address from Iowa to Florida. My 485 is pending at CSC. I have filed AR11. Can i just call customer service and update my address. Do i have to mail the CSC a letter too .If yes which address should i use. Does changing the address have negative impact ???

re: i know there is lot of confusion over this. my PD is listed on my I140 approval notice. dont know whether thats correct b'cos i have read at many places that this might be a USCIS error. lets wait and see

re: So if we believe your labor PD theory , then by just filing only one LC Empoyer 'can' get many GCs. Under AC21 it is quite possible. when an employee uses AC21 and leaves the labor he used is preety much done with. the company cant use that again. so how can one get more than one GC's...

Re: Ginnu. i am not changing jobs.lawyers at this time. but plan to .should i do my address change first and then file FOIA .i am assuming address change is done ins 1-2 weeks.
