i see another LUD today for my 485 / my wife 485 and 765, not sure what is going on ? I did not renew my 765 this year as i still work on H1B. So did not understand what is the status change in 765. My 140 is not approved till date ? what is going on ?

same here :mad: I filed my 140 and 485 concurrently using substitute labor way back in march 2004, no response so far and everytime i tried to contact thru attroney or employer i get the same 60 days response notice and nothing happens after that.
