Traveling to Cancun Mexico on 6 days pleasure trip this month. I-94 valid till Oct 2010, H1b valid till Feb 2009. Have few questions. 1) According to the automatic re-validation rule I have read, I think I qualify for automatic re-validation and do not need to surrender my I-94 for this trip...- highflyer
