Few questions regarding my employer paying me intermittently
Our current H1B/H4 visa is going to expire in April 2009. My employer has indicated in last month that he is not going to extend my visa. In past, he has been paying me intermittently i.e. only when I was on project. He did not pay me a dime when I was on bench for 4 and half months in 2007...- vasudev70
