From OPT to H-1B?
Currently working on OPT and employer is filing for H-1B. Is it true that we HAVE to go to a foreign US embassy to get the H-1B stamp? Is there some possibility of doing it in the US? H-1B to greencard and spouse working?
My employer is going to sponsor me for an H-1B and shortly after that for a greencard. I have a Ph.D. from a U.S. university so I guess I am EB2? Currently both my wife and me are on OPT after our degrees. At what point in time can my wife work legally? Can she apply for any kind of work...- xy31
