    Plastic Card from NSC

    You might want to call the number, given in the welcome letter. I called after waiting and found out that it was returned due to incorrect address. They never seem to get it right. When I called the customer service, they took in my information, and voilà, the card arrived shortly after.

    I have the same question. I just had my interview today but no approval due to pending FBI name check, which can take days to months. How long does it usually take? Can one contact FBI to find out the status? Please advise.
