Can you file for a new H1 when H1 Petition from last year is still Pending?
Hi, A friend of mine finished his masters in the US and is currently on OPT working on project. He got a EAD extension this month. He had applied for a H1 Visa through a Company A last year and it is still pending with the USCIS. I would like to know if he can apply for a New H1 this year...- kp1975
