Hi, I had got my H1 approved last year. But the last name was given with a single 'typo' error, when my employer had submitted the petition. Instead of 'GOV' it is spelled as 'GIV'. Inspite of asking n-number of times, my employer keeps saying there is nothing to worry about this...
