If new visa gets rejected can i still come back to usa with existing visa
Hi ..My visa is valid till 27-nov-2004 and have got my visa extension, According to the new law to get visa stamped we need to leave the country and come back, we plan to leave to canada in August and get visa stamping for the new h1.... but the question is, If in case our visa gets rejected...- madhukiranny

Can i get new visa stamp on Existing Valid Visa
