My appt at Tijuana is on Jan 29th and I won't be getting my Mexican permit before that time. The Mexican Embassy itself told me to get the permit while you enter Tijuana. Is H1 extension possible if PD is current?
EB2 Labor and I-140 approved PD:July 2006 H1 expires on Dec 2007 1. If EB2 India becomes current, am I eligible for H1 extension if my I140 is approved?
