Lost H1 Docs
Though lawyer filed my H1 but the documents were sent directlt to me by USCIS. Could some one please let me know the procedure/fees for getting duplicate copy of H1. My company is not gonna pay for that duplicate and lawyer is asking 700 $ so I am wondering if I could do it myself. I guess I...- papeeta1

I got my H1 approved in Jan 2006 and INS send me the H1 approval docs. But recently I found that I have lost them when I am planning to get swtmap from Canada. What should I do in this case ?
