Can I apply Immediately?????? My concern was, will it be OK to re apply immediately? Will the VO think that my In Laws are desperate to come here. I mean any negative points in applying immediiately if I get a chance. Also, I just checked the dates. There are no available dates.

No Issuance fee needed My in laws had an appointment yesterday. Though their visa got rejected, they were informed that they don't need the issuance fee anymore. Also I had emailed the consulate guys a week ago with the same question & they replied that they no more need the issuance fee.
