Applying new H1
Yes it is regarding L1 to H1 transfer.He applied this Dec 06,2009 for the second time..But they have asked for RFE.Last time also it got rejected for the same reason.What could be the reason for RFE?- Gayathri Giri

Applying new H1
Hi..My husband is in L1 Visa..He is in U.S for about 5 years.His current employer applied H1 visa for him in April 2009.But the visa got rejected.Is it possible to apply H1 visa now through other consultants since the quotas are still vacant.?- Gayathri Giri
