thank you for your reply ginu. I just spoke with a legal consultant over the phone. SHe said that if I have a current advance parole document, I don't have to get a new H1B visa stamp to re enter the US. I can use the advance parole document to re enter without harming my H1 status. -...- dcchic_07

Hi! I hope someone will take time to answer my query. - The H1B visa stamped on my passport is for Company A which is valid from Feb 2006 to Oct 1, 2008. - Company B did an H1 Transfer which is valid from Oct 2006 to July 2009. Company B filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently last July...- dcchic_07
