Yes, it may About me: EB3, NSC ,PD Feb-2001, RD Aug-2002, I-140 approved June 2002, non-concurrent filing, 2nd FP done in May 2004. Added a family dependent (spouse) one day before INS issued RFE for my I-485. There were no "timing" games - it was just a coincidence. Replied on RFE a couple...- pamns2004
