L1/H1 Pls Help
I came to US in 2004 on H1 from Company A. In Oct 2006 Company B filed H1 to H1 transfer from Company A to B. Company A filed H1 to L1 Change of Status in Dec 2006 with premium processing which got approved in Dec itself. H1 to H1 transfer got approved in Feb 2007. What is my status? I am...- vishal_gupta77
