Thanks for your info. I was told by 2 different lawyers that If I go premium service, INS will request bunch of information than regular processing. Do anyone know if it is true? Thanks in advance

I submitted H-1 application last month and I am thinking to use Premium Service ($1000). What I heard was if I go for premium service, INS tends to request more information and increase chance of denial. Since the company I am applying for is very new and I hope this doesn't affect much...
