additional material for H-1b submitted, still no decision
My H-1b receipt date is April 29 and I got a letter from INS (Vermont) requesting additional information on late December. It has been one month after they received the additional materials but still no decision. Does anyone who had the similar situation and got their H-1b approved...- yifan
