Please post your opinions on this issue: For all the students who are getting H-1s to start on October 1st, 2005....do we need to back to our country after the 60 day grace period expires...ie...after OPT + 60. Some people have said that we have to go back and pick up the visa at the consulate...

No conflict with having a H1 and doing this as well? Also, what if the office is based out of my apt to begin with?
