I have my H1b Extension beyond 4 yrs pending with NSC. My current H1b Expired in march 2005 and now I have a new offer so can I transfer by visa ??? Thanks,- pravesh

Can I transfer my H1-B if I work for another company in different state than I am in now. Or DO I have to apply for new H1 Please help. Thanks
