Hello, If we send "Change of Address" via certified mail with "Return Receipt" - will INS send us back the "Return Receipt" signed by them? That way - we have a confirmation that they have received that... Has anybody done this? Thanks

Is it ok to provide INS with a POBox when we do a change of address? I changed my address - but am in a job which requires me to change cities often - so I am staying at company apartments, etc... - Can I give INS a POBox when I fill out the AR-11 form?
