Hi, I will complete 5 years of perm. residency in August '05. I have noticed some timelines for the citizenship, looks like it takes anywhere from 8 - 12 months or more. Is it OK to apply for citizenship prior to the 5 year mark? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. thanks...
