    I had no issue when entering JFK. They just asked a question for formality. Meanwhile my new AP was approved on Nov 1st when I was out of country and received the actual doc recently. Will this AP can be used for next trip as this was approved when I was away from this country?

    Thank you for the responses. When lawyer apply for the new AP, Shouldn't be the start date a current date? If this is the case, when the new AP gets reject, Should the current one automatically get rejected? Thanks.

    Hi Guys, I am planning to use the current AP that expires on Jan 2007. Meanwhile, my lawyer have filed for new EAD/AP on Sep 15th (TSC). EAD got approved within two weeks. Since new AP is inprocess, can I travel with old AP that expire on Jan 2007? Will there be any problem? My lawyer...
