    Being late on the appeal.

Went to the USCIS office, they told me he should start over. I refuse to believe this, seriously, 3 years wasted cause of 5 days? I think I'm going to apply for 290B anyway, even though the officer there told me it's probably going to be waste of money. I called and checked online and the case...

Criminal Arrest and Good Moral Character (no conviction)

it wasn't armed robbery, but strong arm, meaning no actual weapons were used. Yes, it was total misunderstanding, however there was nothing I can do about my case until after I was arrested and made bond, they wouldn't absolutely hear it, but I got it straightened out at the end. And no, I...

    Being late on the appeal.

So I went to see his rep today. Wow, meanest lady ever! Kept yelling at me, as if I did something to her (just met her), and wouldn't let me say a word, soon as I told her what I came for, she kept telling me that it was his fault, and that he must make another appointment with her and refile...

I'll talk to my original lawyer first I suppose, while he isn't immigration, he does do his work in a city with heavy immigrant population, now I think about...

    Being late on the appeal.

I'm assisting a friend who's working on bringing his daughter here to US. The reason for denial, was, failure to provide original copy of marriage certificate. (not exact quote, I don't have the document at hand). He has this document, and it was his intention to send it, originally, however...

Criminal Arrest and Good Moral Character (no conviction)

Interesting, thanks for the advice. Should I see an attorney right away, or wait till USCIS brings it up? Perhaps seeing one right away is the smartest decision cause then I'd be able to file it properly. Just stupid. I can't believe this I brought myself onto this in the first place.

Criminal Arrest and Good Moral Character (no conviction)

About a year ago, I been arrested on a strong armed robbery, which is very serious felony, (up to 15 years), this whole thing came from my own stupidity, but I reacted very fast on it, good lawyer and everything, and they decided not to even charge me. (whole thing been wrapped up in a month's...
