My wife has an H3 visa and will be in the US for a year, then will work in India for 1 year after her training on H3 is over. Then when she plans to be back to the uS after the 2 nd year are there any restrictions on her getting a working permit ( because she was on H3 a year ago) Any...- chipmaker
