I have received an RFE for I-140 asking to submit the last Paycheck from my employer! Is this typical? Are they going to check if I'm paid what is stated in I-140 and labor (min. wage)? Isn't employer sopposed to pay that wage at the time of getting green card (I-485) and not I-140 approval...
