Name change on H1 Visa
Hello, My visa was issued in my Maiden name. I am getting a new passport where my name would be in my married name. What would be the procedure to reflect this name change on my visa also. Is it advisable to do this? Thanks for your help, AK- amritak

paystubs..vancouver...how recent ?
Hi all, I am planning to go to Vancouver to get my H1 visa stamped. However, I have paystubs which are older than 2 months ( I can get paystubs until end of september ). How old can the paystubs be (maximum) so that I can make the trip successful? Would appreciate any info or help...
