    Hi!!! My visa has expired. I have my H1 valid till year end and I got my AP. I might travel in March. Can I use my AP for re-entry or do I need to revalidate my visa? Any body had gone through similar situation? Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Gautham

    Hi!!! I would appreciate if any one you can tell me what is best option available to me. I am on H1 and my visa had expired. I got my AP. If I were to travel abroad, can I use my AP or do I need to revalidate my H1 visa since I am on H1 and not using EAD. Any help is appreciated...

    H1 extension from NSC - any one waiting w/ RD 12/05/2001

    I am still waiting for my H1 extension with RD 12/05/2001. As per the Bulletin NSC is processing Dec. third week cases. Any one in the same boat? Please post your details. Thanks in advance. Gautham
