Questions at POE for H4
hi, My wife will be entering the US on an H4 soon. Are there any specific questions that they are asking these days? Does she need all the documents that she needed to get the visa while entering the US? thx.- DaveS1

H4 in foreign consulate
Has she been rejected for her B2 before? I think as long as you show as your dependent(after marriage) H4's are not a problem. Of course, this is my thinking. I'd like to know if its otherwise.- DaveS1

I am in the same situation. My wife is from Europe as well. Why dont you get married here and have her go back to her home country and get an H4 visa?- DaveS1
