RFE - Lost job after 180 days
I applied my 485 at Vermont Service center. My RD is Aug 1, 2001. I have EAD. I crossed 180 days and then I was laid off. It was 3 months back. The company would not co-operate in any manner. I got hold of a new lawyer....filed new G-28. Now I am expecting an RFE any time as my company informed...- Cheerful
