Hi, I have a question on H4 visa. The person for which this H4 visa is being applied has been rejected a visitor visa on 2 occasions in the past. The last rejection was in the month of May 2002. Just wanted to know if this would create issues in getting the H4 visa. The question is...- mumbaiboy
